Hmm is the Fa new rule there trying to bring in not discrimination putting a ban on none Eu players playing in the Premier league maybe I'm wrong and did not pick it up right.

Think u right Stef. It would appear they are looking to restrict how many players teams can have from outside EU. They are looking at having a B league involving 10 premier league teams.
