I agree with Phil. I think he just ran up and laughed at Coleman, which Howard took exception to. It's nothing new with him, though. Before he discovered how to score last season, he used to be known as the worst human being in the sport. Atletico would put him up front and he would just be an unrelenting t*** to the opposition until they lose it and foul him, getting sent off. That was his job.
