Everton boss Roberto Martinez says there will be no panic buys in the final fortnight of the transfer window . quoted on tv read into that what you want but doesn't sound to promising!

I can't think of many things more promising for a manager to say to be honest. Why would you want panic buys?

Is that you posting Moyesy? This is the way other managers do things, they identify the players they want, put offers in early doors, get the deal done and then work them in to the squad during pre-season.

No dithering, no making endless comments about "signings will come" and no buying in panic during the last hours of the window of who's left. You should try it Dave, it works!
