Im not going to have a go at Bobby this time around. Ultimately that first half performance was the worst of the worst, however in context its hard to judge, we were playing for nothing, Villa were playing for their survival. However that drive and determination has to come from the players and they just could not be bothered on Saturday.
It is sad that they didn't respect the travelling fans but I think that might have been drilled in to them at half time so at least they upped the game a bit.
Anyway what a god awful rank season this has been. I have stated this before, we do not wholesale changes as we do not have Europe next season it is so important to buy quality and only players who will go straight in to the XI.

Couldn't agree more, look at mourinho. bought the players he NEEDED for his team, its the difference between clubs that win things and those who don't. Do you think that mourinho would give Koné another season to see if he could do something? Absolutely not, got to be ruthless which, unfortunately, Roberto is not
