Hey Ed 025 after watching our match again last night and sleeping on it led me to think surely if this continues much longer and we loose again against Cardiff Marco's time with Everton must be up, with the gap we now have before our next match is it not a good time now and not leave it any longer before Mr Moshiri gets some one new in, i have seen mentioned that the Leeds manager has been looked at before even when Roberto got his marching orders but is he good enough, goodness knows how much our last three managers have cost us not only to them get in but also pay them off we simply have to get the next manager right, the only two that I reckon we might have a chance of getting would be Simeone or Fonesca pardon the spelling, what do you reckon mate.

{Ed025's Note - i cant see simeone taking on a project as difficult as ours has become GB, but fonseca could be a good shout, i dont know when the axe will be wielded mate but if the cardiff game goes tits up the pressure on moshiri to act will be immense..

I just couldn't take a Two Bob manager Ed we have to get it right this time.

Can we afford to sack him, we could of bought a new team with the amount of money we paid out to sacked Managers.
The recruitment has been the main problem over the years and that why Everton brought in Brands
Not sure what a new manager can do with this squad, I've said it before they are what they are, just not up to the level we want to bring success.
Koeman couldn't do it, Unsworth couldn't do it and Allardyce got a little success by parking the bus and playing pub football
if I were the owner I would be contacting all the agents for half of them to find their under performing multi millionaire players a new club, we need to cash in and start a fresh for next season.

Could be the only way mate, something just has to be done this cannot continue.

I like Simeone but he would be forever in the stands.

This is not a good time of the season to get a new manager so why not sack him and let Unsworth take the job for the rest of the season, he did win his last match 6-1.
We could not do any worse but he would give a few youngsters a go which would freshen up the team.

And Unsy would probably pick up the 7 points to make sure of safety, (I have to admit, as badly as I rate Silva, I didn't think even he could bring us to this. )

Won't lose to Cardiff GB, but imagine if we do, I just cannot see what the excuses will be. 'Oh the lads are knackered after 2 weeks lying in the Sun'.

{Ed025's Note - i dont know why you think we wont lose to cardiff DFS?, they are doing very well at the moment and i think its too hard to call mate..

Good shout Ed mate, We lost to Southampton dfs mate, i think right now we can't beat anyone, right disillusioned I am with the whole lot of em lol, i just want my Beloved Everton to have passion, seems the Team have forgotten how to win.

{Ed025's Note - i wish i thought different GB i really do, im usually a confident guy and back us to win but im as shot as the team mate..

Does the black cat not have 10 more mates? Given his sleek moves we would not be a pushover that's for sure :-)

{Ed025's Note - nice one nick..he would have another 10 pussies along side him anyway mate..

Why on earth would Simeone leave Atletico Madrid for Everton? Come on be realistic. I'd say your best bet would be, keep Silva and see how he does until the end of the season as you won't go down, if he doesn't pick up then I'd go for the lad at Southampton. He was very good at RB liepzig and seems to be doing a decent job with a limited group of players at the saints.

{Ed033's Note - Simeone might be persuaded for lunatic amounts of money :)

And goodness knows how much we have shelled out on all the comings and goings.

Maybe ed033, but I'd be astonished if he did regardless of wages. I think he'd only leave for a massive club in the champions League if at all. I think they have to be realistic in there next appointment if indeed there is one and as I said the guy at Southampton has the potential to be a very good manager, not even going to attempt to spell his name, plays decent football did very well with RBL, seems to say the correct things in interviews and is a very forthright and passionate manager.

Ed25 Cardiff game the blokes job is on the line, (if it isn't then God knows what he has to do to lose it) , he has 17 days now to come to his senses and work something out instead of pushing and pushing a failed system (with this bunch of players) . Incidentally I have just read and listened to his latest interview, after Watford, I kid you not his waffling is worse than Martinez, how the heck can an astute business man like Moshri be taken in and how the heck can Moshri trust his advisor after blunder after blunder.

{Ed025's Note - cardiff is a massive game DFS, and without wanting to sound too dramatic its one of a very few games that give us a realistic chance of getting some points, it wont be easy though especially the way we are performing, but if we dont get anything then we could very easily be drawn into yet another fight towards the bottom end of the league mate..

Don't think the bottom 3 or 4 can possibly overhaul us. Odds are we can get at least 5 points from 11 games and 38/ 39 points is safety this year.
