Id say the majority of us wanted Iwobi and Maupay gone. Its done, along with some of the board and various deadwood players. We all wanted a striker, looks like we've got a decent one. We kinda knew we weren't going to sell and replace in all required areas, but i'm happy with this window, all things considered. We are a wounded club right now and its going to take time to get back to the big-ish time.

We have new players, got rid of those who were holding us back and we have a few players coming back from injury.
Its not ideal, but i think we will be safe and able to build come january and next summer.

Yeah, there's still work to be done in that area. Full backs too.
Id love Dele to find some of his old form but as time goes by it looks less likely. i'd like Garner to replace Gueye soon in CM.

Just having Beto up there is going to spread confidence through the team. A team that’s had a mentality of scrapping a goal then holding on for life - for far too long. Let’s start getting early Beto goals and let the rest of them actually enjoy playing again.

Gueye frustrated me a lot last season, i even said on here that 'he is done', he's not been as bad so far but he's become a bit sloppy of late. If SD is going to build the middle around Doucs and Onana, and Mcneil and Harrison are fit then i'd rather he picked Garner over Gueye, depending on formation.
Gueye off the bench if/ when we are leading a game with 20 to go?

Too right Mickey. He seems to have given the team and fans a real shot in the arm. I know it was against Doncaster, but his attitude and hunger for the ball should set an example for the other outfield players.
