We're supposedly looking at Toulouse player Adrien Regattin.

5'6", 22 year old player, who can play centre mid or on the wing. Very combative and hard working, as well as technically able, but he's useless at tackling (averages about 0.3 a game) and is very inconsistent. Would be worth a go if we can get him on loan, or very cheap, as he could be the next Arteta/Pienaar-esq discovery, but could just as likely be another Segundo Castillo.

Regattin is a full Moroccan international, yes. But he was born in Montpelier and represented France at youth level, so he wouldn't need a work permit.

That said, his development has definitely stalled at Toulouse. On the cheap, I wouldn't mind him, but not if we have to pay any appreciable fee.
