I don't think we have signed this mori feller to sit on the bench as we payed 10 mill for him so I don't think he is cover I think stones may move on today I may be wrong but that's just my gut feeling

If Stones left now the board would be in the worst possible circumstances with the fans, if it happens there will be protests that even Blackpool fans would call over the top.

his price fluctuates on every different website ranging from 5 million to 9.5 million, for us to back down now Shakes it would take a ridiculous sum to even justify his sale, I wold say in the region of 45 million, thing is though its only a weeks savings interest to Mr Abramovich, would they do it, not sure mate just in case we did reject them again, they would look ridiculous then, even more than they do now

Don't think he is a replacement for Stones. From what I have read he is a left sided centre half so could be a long term replacement for Jags once age starts catching up with him.

More than likely he is just a centre half we desperately needed as cover and competition.

If we would have brought in a centre half for a few mil there would of been uproar we haven't shown ambition and bring in crap. We spend a decent amount and its must be because Stones will be sold. Club can't win!

Let's just be happy we have signed someone
