Got to say the negativity as soon as a player is mentioned could suck the life out of you at times.
We are not in the position to sign 20 goals a season players at the minute. What's to say these players can't be a success with us.
Imagine what people would have wrote years ago when they knew we were interested in Peter Reid after he had suffered 2 leg breaks.

Beggars belief, no matter who we are linked with everyones moaning, they can't play all of them at the same time, but it makes the squad a lot stronger, if we did get those 3 in I'd be over the moon, add another striker and left back we are in a better place, not sure who you lot think we can buy, have you seen where we've finished for the last 2 seasons.

Plus we skate the players
Elanga didn’t feature much last year and is an emerging talent
Gnonto is emerging as well
Danjuna hardly had a kick and I bet the lad is hungry to showcase his talents again
They will be coming into a hard grafting Dyche team and I think will do a good job
So that would be Gnonto and Elanga for less than we sold Gordon for and supposedly Danjuma on loan

I’d get behind that in our current state of affairs with our limited finances and relegation scraps the last two seasons, we are likely hard sell to players right now.

This hungry phrase again - I’d be hungry to played for Everton as was naisse, maupay and simms - doesn’t mean they are any good

It’s reasonable to contest that 3 players who hardly got a kick of the ball who managed 3 goals all season may not be special

It’s not negativity it’s realism

Simms scored more goals last season than all of them put together in far less talented and attacking teams with less minutes played - just be realistic please.

At the current time we need someone who will get 10 goals a season and offer a credible threat going forward. If any of these players can do that then snap them up. I have lost faith in DCL due to injuries over the last few years. We must have a credible replacement and/ or backup for him.

When people say he didn't get a kick, why don't you have a look at his age, look who's in front of them keeping out the team, then make a comment, look at spurs, richarlison can't get a game, he rubbish as well, and would fill you with confidence if he came back, This is getting rediculious.

Best to judge them if/ after they sign and play. They could be terrible, they could be just what we need. One thing is certain, we need goals but we can't buy the players we would prefer and most players dint want to sign for a club that's flirting with relegation regularly. The stats don't look great on some of these names but neither did McNeils, and Dyche has brought out the best in him. We need changes but we also have to take a chance on some players who have been kept out of their currents squads.
We all know that once they put that shirt on we're going to back them.

Majority of names being thrown around are pure speculation, it's the same every year. We can't sign each and every one of them!
Regardless, we need to add attacking options as our goals for over the last two seasons is, as we have experienced, relegation form. 77 league goals in 78 games isn't good enough.

If you judge based on stats Maupay was 27 goals and 7 assists in 109 games at Brighton and 41 goals and and 14 assists in 95 for Brentford
1 goal 1 assist in 29 for us ??‍♂️
Niasse was 19 goals 14 assists in 42 at Lokomotiv
9 goals 4 assists in 42 at Everton

It’s how they will fit the system and players around them, the character of the player
Those traits don’t come across in stats you read so let’s see who we bring in and how they fit in at the club
Show a little faith in Dyche making decisions to improve the team…. whoever that is.

Reckon we're aiming for 2 out of the 3 with Gray going out tbh, and Elanga or Gnonto *should* have sell-on value down the line. We're obviously trying to sign a CF as well but if we're losing Gray and never replaced Gordon, makes a lot of sense.

Only negative I saw was how bad Gnonto made Ashley Young look in one game. ;)
