Hi fellow blues, this may not sit well with some of you but please bear with me.
The over excited German manager joined the other lot in October 2015.
Financially and squad wise they were already years ahead of us in investment both on and off the pitch.
In the 2015-16 season they finished 8th
In 16-17 season they finished 4th
Last season they finished 4th again
Now in their 4th season they are where we are looking to be challenging for by the time we move to BM Dock.
If my memory serves me correctly they didn’t buy many if any players in that first January window preferring to work with what he had as we know when they did buy they bought big .
So bearing in mind mr silva and mr brands are sorting through Martinez and Allardyce signings and are doing a complete overhaul I think
A / we need to be realistic as to where we finish this season
B/ we need to be patient
C/ we need to show our support for the team
There are of course things we expect from our team and club but let’s be realistic we are a work in progress there are going to be disappointments and dissatisfaction but let’s be patient .

Is it really that difficult to say "klopp" and "Liverpool", oh and you are correct, klopp didn't buy anyone in his first window, also we did buy big in his third full season, but only because we sold big to fund it. I don't think you have any players you can sell to fund massive transfers, so using us as a comparison is futile.

Hi Waro, no I don’t have a problem saying your managers name nor mentioning you teams name nor was I making a comparison, I was merely outlining to my fellow blues (please note my opening line) how sometimes being patient can bring the results that we, the collective we that is, can achieve our dreams, everything comes to those who wait I believe is the quote. So hopefully that explains things too you! I understand that our site is more interesting than yours hence your visit and reading of my post. I take time answer your post as it is quite possible English isn’t your first language, possibly Norwegian is? and some of it may have been lost in translation. Best wishes for the rest of the season

Totally agree if we are to progress we must give the manager enough time to bring in players and move out players that are not suited to the style tactics the manager wants to play.

I'll be honest, I looked on here to read anti silva posts and that's exactly what I got, I thought he was a poor appointment myself but feel he's had no time whatsoever to work in and it's pretty poor on all your parts to not give him at least a season to try and get it right, could understand wanting rid of allardyce because he's a relic of a manager who see's the teams he takes over as a cashpoint for himself. Just thought it was a bit petty to say that, seemed like he'd been told off for calling us red s**** or something and didn't have the balls to say it how he really wanted to. He should of owned it and said it how he probably would if he was stood with you in the pub or say klopp and Liverpool, just seemed a kop out for me.

Hi Waro I’m not bitter, my wife is a red, and I quite like your manager and wish your team all the best, I wish we were playing with the attack/ drive that your team does. I’m not jealous just wanting and hoping the best for my team, as we’re both scousers we can both take a joke, and following my initial post that’s all I’ve been doing is having a laugh with a fellow scouser. If you read back my original post you’ll notice that I was supporting my manager and suggesting patience may be the right way considering Liverpool’s progress under Mr Klopp.
When I say all the best that excludes the derby and hope you secure second place🤣😉

Okay big c. No worries mate, things when written down can come across in different ways to different people. Some of the other replies from other posters couldn't be misconstrued, they were bitter, but it's how it is now isn't it, and I've given enough stick out over the years so shouldn't really complain, but I think I'm mellowing to be honest. 🙈.
