Would he go there though? Bottom with one win! I’m sure he’s quids in with us. Only reason Trippier is off there would be a big last pay day.

If it was any other time, a bottom 3 team in dire trouble and certain to go down would be an impossible sell.
But it's not any other time. It's the world's richest club potentially. It's a club that is capable of spending 100s of millions this window. A club that will be a formidable option for the money grabbing agents and the players. Digne has already spent too long at a non European competition playing club. At his age he may as well take the coin now because if he was truly motivated for European Cup comps, he'd have left us 2 years ago. I wouldn't be surprised to see Newcastle sign enough to have a proper go at getting out of trouble and staying up. It's surely an easier sell than Norwich? And if they do go down, surely they'll break points records on their way back up? And any stars they sign will be clever enough to have a relegation clause and Swan off in the summer. Seems a win win for a money making player.

It will be Barclay for Digne.

I think he will go to Chelsea but not for Barklay. I think we need transfer money and the reduction in wages.
