There is a list of managers we should be interviewing for the job. Do we even have scouts at the club. If we do what do they actually do we don't seem to get anything done. Am sure there is lots more managers that I haven't mentioned as well out there.

Smitt, you think he isn’t a better manager than FL? (Is that due to lack of experience in prem yeah? )
No mention of Bielsa or Gallardo in your list to throw a few more in Cheshire for good measure ?.

I know one thing there are better options out there than Sean hoof it long Dyche. Yes why wouldn’t Valverde come to us. It’s up to Everton to interview these people.

ED02 what are the board actually playing at strong rumours Moshiri wanted to sack FL after we beat Crystal Palace so is he actively looking at replacements or will they do the decent thing and give him time and improve the squad.

{Ed002's Note - I don't know anything about the CP game but clearly Frank Lampard is at risk. Thelwell failed to deliver in the summer and I would replace him Would the fans want Rooney as a solution?}

You would replace Thelwell ED02 but who with as the majority of the fans myself included thought he was doing ok as he has to basically rebuild every department after Rafa got rid of everyone have you got time in the near future to do a detailed ins and Outs please ED02 let's see what direction the ubbarw going.

No ED02 that's not what I'm saying but from the outside Onana looks a player with potential with resale value and no I am not happy with Maupay or McNeil they are both poor players but Tarkowski is a good solid signing on a free transfer from what I have read Rafa basically gutted the club so Thelwell has to completely rebuild every internal department or is that wrong.

Ed can you see lampard leaving soon? He has been bad with his tactics and in game management! Yes he’s brought the fans and a feel good factor around the club at a crucial point but he’s needs to have more than that. We need a manager who’s that t ally astute and knows how to grind out wins our even draws because we are staring a Sunderland style future if the club can’t get it right in the next month or so. !

ED02 it's a big window for our club as if we don't get a couple of good attacking players in we are going down which will kill the club IMO regards Thelwell I think he failed regards striking options and they have now had months to plan on getting a couple through the door and if they don't then he's failed for me.

{Ed002's Note - Lampard has persuaded the club to pay for the return of Ellis Simms and has made it clear the attacking options he has in mind. However, it is not his call.}

Shame really ED02 as in an ideal world the manager should have a major say on what players he wants and the DOF is there to help or expain why those targets are not achievable but it seems the club is still being run by the wrong people ?.
