{Ed002's Note - Yes.}

Charge?

{Ed002's Note - If they are charged which is very likely.}

What is the likely punishment for a charge being brought?

{Ed002's Note - There is no "likely" punishment and there will only be punishment of found guilty.}

Big fine or points deduction I would imagine but will take Months by all accounts to implement.

I think it's a stage 2 transgression GB, so no points deduction, unless they amend the rules. Also nothing is going to happen until next season. Leeds and Burnley did the same last year, this is meant to upset are run in. We have as far as I am aware been working with the PL to ensure we are complying. COYB.

Thanks mate but can’t think why they have come back nine months after giving us the all clear.

If you think about it, they have over 100 ffp indiscretions against Man City, they still have issues with Chelsea, they need to go after those 2 clubs, so they will use Everton first so they can justify going after the other 2.

In your opinion, if your willing to share Ed002. What will he the outcome for Everton?

{Ed002's Note - I expect Everton to be charged; I suspect they will be found to be in breach of certain rules; I would think a transfer ban or a poits deduction to be the most likely outcome.}

Sorry Ed, was wondering if we are found guilty then what sort of punishment the club would be looking at based on previous charges at other clubs?

I know all clubs different and issues other clubs have had may be different to our own situation

But from what I’ve seen premier league clubs appear to have been given fines and transfer embargoes whereas lower league teams have had fines and point deductions.

{Ed002's Note - Yes, I would think transfer ban or points deduction.}

Great info as always ed 002 shame that are board have been careless with this ffp situation either way were ducked just quick question ed 002 how many points could you see us being deducted from us for next season and if its not that how long would the transfer ban be put in place for worrying times ahead feel for the fans meself included.

{Ed002's Note - I can only realistically guess Andy but if found guilty I suspect it could be something like 12 with perhaps 6 of which being suspended subject to a plan being put in place to get back on the straight and narrow - and then following it. Regardless there will be a large fine and perhaps an incoming transfer ban.}

Thank you ed 002 just a complete shambles what this board has done not only to the club but to the fans aswell they need to be held accountable instead of hiding behind the scences.

Hi Ed, are these regulations specific to the EPL? . What would happen if we got relegated this season, would we still be liable for sanctions given we would no longer be under envelope of the EPL? . Or can this filter down to the football league? . I know the championship has its own set of regulations a la Derby etc. and whether moving into that remit may make it a moot point in the event of relegation.

{Ed002's Note - The sanctions in the Championship are potentially much harder but if charges are bought then it will be under the PL rules and punishments, if could guilty, awarded accordingly. It will potentially drag out and an appeal could be made if it comes to it, but the reality is that the club should have come clean already and offered up a “get fit” plan to the EPL 18 months ago. Now, clear tge decks with Kean and Alli, look to Youngsters and bring them through, regroup and figure out a way forward whilst the owner looks for funding to make the move tothe new stadium a reality. I appreciate I have said all of this before but reality is now biting.}
