He is what we need just remember we hounded out big sam and Rafa and Dyche plays the exact same style of football so if we are going to be shouting to remove him in 12-18 months then it’s pointless. We have to accept where we are as a club and that beating relegation is a huge success for us now due to how bad our squad is.
