So with Richarlison and possibly Gordon away. Main question for me is who is going to be doing the theatrical diving from now on?

Richarlison was one of if not the hardest working player we had. As for Gordon, being coached one to one by Cole (a defender) says it all.

I don’t see the issue with Gordon being coached by Cole.
Both left sided players.
Cole had good pace and got forward a lot and had a cracking delivery on him, if he could coach Gordon how to whip the ball in like he used to then that would surely be an improvement.

Rikkie was a cunning player who was A+ at the dark arts of the game. He won us so many free kicks. Sure he made a meal of some but considering how many times he went down, he didn't actually get booked too many times for diving. Coleman dives more and that's a fact. We've watched the top clubs employ this type with annoying success for what? 30 years or more. It was about time we had someone who knew how to do it. He also got properly booted and taken out and he just got up, pulled a face, rubbed his knee and then got on with it. He was nails. What a player. Let's not be bitter let's show a bit of class and give him some respect.

Not got a bad word to say about Rikkie but at the same time, so he should do all of those things. He was getting paid 10's of thousands of pounds a week to do so.

Find the issue with cole coaching Gordon weird. He spent a long time as one of the best full backs in the world, regularly facing the best wide men in the world. To me that makes him pretty well placed to coach a winger on how to get the better of full backs/ what would make him more difficult to play against!

Rumour is Pickford dives every now and again. Never been booked for it either.
