I liked the video of the players honking their lungs out and all this talk of Gaffers day where they players get a gruelling and it builds team ethic . I like him.

I wish I could cut and paste all the positive comments from every previous managers 1st presser. It's almost as if some of you did exactly that. I'm not falling for any of this lip service. He needs to revolutionise and quickly to have a chance of getting me on side. I don't expect to see much change.

Too right, FBS. Dyche spoke well, was honest and, as we already knew, takes no crap from the press. Talk, however, is cheap. We need to see action on the pitch before we can judge properly. His first press conference bodes well, let's hope the board don't suck the life out of Dyche like they have with other managers.
