I can't see us pulling it off this season sad to say. You can only flirt with relegation so often before it gets you. I personally think one of our issues is we have too many players who have been relegated with other clubs and think they can just move on again. At least it will please all the powers that be as we all know they don't like us for some reason. Wait for all the tv and news paper specials 'where it all went wrong'. Very very sad times ahead as they won't bounce straight back it could be a while ?.

There are only a couple of players that I would keep anyway if we got relegated. If we presume DCL, Pickford and Onana are sold and Seamus retires then who would you keep? For me its Begovic, Patterson, Tarkowski, Mykolenko, Garner, Mcneil, Gray and Simms plus any of the youngsters we can keep hold off. The rest are all surplus to requirements. Oh and Dyche needs to go as well for failing to keep us up.

not sure on Mykolenko, sa, seems not of the standard needed. Simms too is looking like a Championship player at best (which is lucky because that's where we'll be) . Tom Cannon has developed well at Preston and proved he can score at that level. Bogovic I believe is out of contract, along with Mina. I think Begovic deserves a go, don't rate Pickford at all - a goalie needs to be calm, dominant and consistent, all 3 things he aint.
Jury out on Dyche but would see what he can do when the bluffers and under achievers are ousted and replaced by players who are committed, focused and want to play for the club, not just kiss the badge and clap the crowd after another rank performance.

Good post young guns. I share your sentiment re pickford. Far from it is he the biggest issue but he's a problem and I don't rate him at all.

Bring Cannon back from Preston, bring in a more experienced striker and with Simms to continue development.
Would be happy if Virginia returned in goal. Been out on loan and he never let the side down before he went.
Midfield needs a big shake up.
