Hey Ed 025 with this bid that has come in worth £85 million pounds for Gordon, being offered now is Broja, Gallagher plus £25 million, surely we have to bite their hand off mate, we would have one hell of aTeam with those two and cash in the bank, if only Carling did transfers eh.

{Ed025's Note - I’m afraid that’s just speculation at this point GB. But I’m with you if it’s offered mate..

No good getting 60-85M if we can't spend it. Time is running out and unless Chelsea have some players that we want, offered in part change, my bet is Gordon stays with us.

Surely Chelsea aren’t offering 25 + G and B?

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any such after.}

GB seriously mate you need to get a grip. Here is reality for you, 2 points from 4 games, next up Leeds then Liverpool.

Your right dfs. Get the board to hold an EGM, sack Lampard straight away. Put you in charge. We will be sorted then.

Not for me aDFS have heard enough of your negativity what a window we have had, could not have wished for better.

Nbtb what am I not right about. Who said sack Lampard. Are you seriously defending some of the dross. Get a grip.

NBTB. A. I would evaluate (consultancy) . B. I would analyse. C. I would scoure for the best execs I could secure. D. I would delegate to those departments appropriate to their disciplines.
Finally I would not have a pop at those I am clearly not of the intellect or experience to do so.

Omg it's the 'get a grip' comment dfs and you even used it on me ? your the one that needs to get a grip. As GuernseyBlue says it's the constant negativity. That is for whatever reason always directed at him. Constructive criticism and questioning etc is great but constant giving out and putting everything down is very draining. Everything at the club is not going to be perfect.

Great plan dfs. All you need is about £1bn and you can implement it. Be prepared for thousands of supporters just like you. Putting down all that you do. I'm a poet and I don't even know it. Kinda going off track there.

Get a grip. Look at reality.

Everyone must acknowledge that we have sacked too many managers too early since Moyes left. This is one of the main contributing facts as to why Everton are in this mess under Moshiri. Even David Moyes would have been sacked after his second season in charge if he had been appointed by Moshiri. That is a fact. So Frank and his team must be given time. Our window has been decent when you consider where we finished in the league last season. Really important to be positive and back the manager. With a few more players in, with the defence playing more games together, with Onana getting used to the league and DCL coming back things will get better. No question. I even fancy Frank to improve Davies this season as he has with Iwobi. There’s a lot to like when you start looking in detail at what small improvements have been made to the squad and the team in general.

Agree 100% Kenyan_Toffee. If only the last 3 transfer windows are looked at its easy to see there is massive improvement in recruitment. Before that brutally bad obviously. But hey, we all live and learn. Even billionaires like Moshiri.

The window this far has been fantastic.
We got Richy out the door in the last financial year.
We've drastically improved our backline and leadership.
We've brought in a young, hungry, possibly upcoming midfielder.
All while dangling no carrots at all regarding European football or manager stability.

Gordon out for anything over 50k would be fantastic business.
It's all about staying in the premier League and being ready with a great team by the new stadium opening for me.
That requires multiple transfer windows of slow positive growth. 50k + will be great for the coffers and allow us to get good fitting players in future windows when they come available.

I'd snap up 25M + Broja + Gallagher if that is in fact on the table. I highly doubt it, but it's certainly got me interested with a pen in hand to sign paperwork.

The Thelwell lead team appears to be doing well. More money on consultancy would take away from that, diluting the fantastic efforts he has clearly put in place this far, just give him some more time. He's done wonders in comparison to Brands getting players in and out the doors.

I think the key is hopefully even though mosh is the boss he's been told his apparent meddling is what's led us to this point, if its not Frank trying to fix this team who does?

He did his job last season with the crap he was left with a lot which has now gone, even big dunc who many wanted gone, teams undergone a transformation ok its not a fantastic start and very frustrating on the striker front, but now more pieces are falling into place.

This club won't be fixed this window or even the next 3 or 4, calls for Frank at this point are just lingering resentment for the last 5 years give the guy a chance to try fix this mess,

I'm just full of love and stuff smit666, it really hurts that these miserable (expletive removed) don't get it. ??? Going to give em a rest now, horrendous hangover after a good day out but then seeing us in the bottom 3. How many points after the next two games, I wonder.

Miserable amount of points. Could you juggle being the owner and manager at the same time dfs? Seeing as you have an answer to everything.
