I think the team have hit the buffers, . The majority have been playing constantly for 18 months. I understand that and we can't expect Townshend or Gray to save us every week. I'm not here to bash Rafa, he has done a fantastic job with our squad. However what I don't understand is why so many of our recent managers won't give youth strikers a chance.
Any mistakes or misses the supporters won't get on their back putting it down to inexperience, learning the pace of premiership, and anything positive will be praised to the rafters.
Whereas they are on Iwobi/ Rondon from the off.
Give youth a chance. We should have done it before we start the tough run into Xmas!

Fans would be more forgiving of a loss if we’d tried a few youngsters.
Isn’t the definition of madness trying the same thing over and over hoping for a different result?

I don’t see any situation other than an injury, why Gordon should be on the bench and Iwobi on the field. Not in a million years.

Gordon is weak and his work rate is pretty bad so i don't get the love in with him.

He is miles better than iwobi. No one works less hard for the team than iwobi.
