I now live in the Derbyshire Dales and nearly all my neighbours are Derby fans. Talking to them over the last couple of years it's frightening to see the comparisons between the clubs.
Once a title winning team. Get new owners who destroy the club. Move into new ground while in a financial mess. Suffer sanctions and disappear down the leagues. Yet still have the most amazing loyal fans.
I'm 65 now and at least have my memories of what a great club we once were. But my two boys who are both in there mid twenties haven't had and probably never will have those moments.

So which of those two would come to us? We have to be realistic. Even then having lost our paddle six years ago even bang average players have to be persuaded by ridiculous contracts and loads of dosh.

Either would if enough money was offered, and player was given a good deal. Yes we’ve given ridiculous contracts in the past, but both these players are quality.
Ward Prowse for me, player we desperately need in that midfield. Should be a regular England international.
Would either come? Yes offered the right contract. Or we carry on buying Championship standard players, and then wonder why we’re in the Championship.

Why pick right now to put club up for sale. Don't get me wrong I want him to sell, but at this moment in time we have no manager, we're potentially losing players and are currently bringing none in.
It's almost like Moshiri is trying to get his revenge by screwing the club up as much as possible before he goes.

Thought for while and as mentioned on here by a few last week that a sale and takeover was on cards with Moshiris odd behaviour. Is strange admit timing of it but its in sync with majority of his actions.
Be nice get some decent owners in, get debt free, premiership survival, draw line under last 6 years and move on into new stadium with some positivity and team that is 1 be proud off! Can all but dream but may well be taking shape. ???.

Everytime we say it can't get much worse but deep down we all have sinking feeling and understand this could be a decade of discontent. But I have seen teams turn it around with the less budget than us so we can but hope! Even if we know.

He is better than what we have. The lad wants to win and his only thought when he gets the ball is to go forward. Also you play a poor pass to him and he bloody let’s you know.
He is far to good for the league he is in, and is basically dragging Coventry into a play off position.
I personally think he would have been perfect for us, and for what they were asking would have been a bargain.

Robertson gave that linesman a right mouthful when he had a throw in go against him. All within earshot of supporters and tv cameras. The only action the referee took was to “have a word” with the player.
The only player who should be allowed to approach the referee should be the team captain, referees should be miked so that it’s clear to all what is being said. It works in rugby and can work in football.
