hi folks, was down at the fulham game last week and sat in directors box as I was in hospitality through my dads work, it was a fantastic day and my lad got to hand steven pienaar the man of the match champagne made his day, we also got to meet bill kenright this is no lie I have pics to prove it! and I had a good charge on from a few pints had and got chatting to him, he's a great bloke and a blue at heart which I told him, a said it was a shame "about the pennies bill eh haha" to which he replied 2 thanks son means a lot I get a lot of negativity from some blues its good to hear some positive ones for a change and on the pennies front haha there's some blokes here today as guests that maybe about to change that for us " this is 100% true he winked and smiled said bye and off he went into the suite make of it what you will I have pics to prove it. I told you i'd share any info I could get with you last week before the game, now here it is cheers lads 2-1 on sunday coyb
1.) 03 May 2013 15:15:04
Dazzo, I wan't to believe you and I am not suggesting you are a liar. But could you post an image. I think you can agree there are lots of similar rumours and your photos would give credibility were others don't.
Chris
2.) Post the pics then dazza. briski
3.) 03 May 2013 15:45:08
Get a pic on here daz, hope you are true mate
4.) Well did you have a good look around, take random pictures of suits to see if any were known.
I would have! Then post them all on sightings and see if we get a hit, would validate your claims even more.
5.) I believe you mate and I think some sort of investment will happen during the summer, Stef the blue
6.) Show us a photo
7.) Even if it's a lie, I still like it.
Andy the Chef
8.) 03 May 2013 17:10:55
I like this story not because it's true but it's different and you have had to think off something different but if there was any truth in this story you would have posted a lot earlier than this but you did make me laugh
9.) I want to believe you dazza but why has it took you a week to post this.
10.) It was the manager of Wonga. com!
11.) Andy the chef, that's a quality post.
12.) Its not the pic I want its the tape of it, a pic means nothing. I want to hear him say it, think I would have a. if I heard it.
13.) Please let this be true!
Old Bill

since when did everton do Happy Chinese New Year From Everton
http://goo.gl/lejSM4
maybe the takeover from china is one step closer? certainly intresting
1.) 07 Feb 2016 18:56:20
It is a strange one mate but maybe it's just a shout out to our Chinese fan base I'm not getting excited about that mate but it is weird alright.
2.) 07 Feb 2016 20:10:39
Can always start new things. May be something in it. But just because the club starts something new doesn't mean were being taken over. I know people want to see it happen but I can't help thinking people are adding 2 and 2 and getting you know what.
No harm having the banter though dazza.
3.) 07 Feb 2016 21:34:15
Problem is, if you get taken over by the Chinese, you will want to be taken over again an hour later :-)
4.) 07 Feb 2016 21:38:29
Whats all the "see you in China soon" are the boys taking a mid season break to China? Its just weird why would half the players say that on the video if there was nothing in the pipeline? Eds do you know if we have anything planed in China?
{Ed025's Note - im sorry i dont sa mate..
5.) 07 Feb 2016 22:26:35
Happy Chinese new year! Isn't it the year of the monkey. Plenty of fooling around then ðŸ˜.
6.) 08 Feb 2016 13:00:29
I think Peter Reid should have been involved in this with his Chinese connections and being the year of the monkey. Lol.
07 Feb 2016 08:56:11
so there's another 3pts and another clean sheet . amazing what a back line can do that has confidence in the man behind them between the sticks eh? . football coach myself one thing u don't do is change a winning team - howard stones and baines must now earn the right to play don't u think?
martinez frustrates me at times, when he gets it right we are on fire but when he gets it wrong it goes belly up is he starting to see sense now? I think with more my heart we are on the verge of something realy good here. big summer ahead lads. here why
get rid of the deadwood
howard
osman
hibbert
pienaar
gibson
mcgeady
kone
promote within add 2/ 3 quality signings and our squad will be one of the best young squads around.
1.) 07 Feb 2016 09:09:15
absolutely spot on, think every EFC fan should agree with this.
2.) 07 Feb 2016 10:10:15
Completely disagree.
The 'deadwood' might not be doing it on the pitch, but squad harmony and the experienced heads in the dressing room are key. The Everton identity is huge, it's the reason we have the most loyal players (average length of stay is higher at EFC than any other PL team) .
We take for granted the dedication of the Everton players and their willingness to stay, we've never been a revolving door club like Sunderland or Liverpool and we don't want to go down this route.
Having a stable dressing room and players who are hewn out of finch farm rhetoric helps stabilise the John stones and Ross Barkleys of this world. These young lads might have their heads turned without the Tim Howard's and Leon osmans.
I think Joel has done well, but don't underestimate the bit part players, it may seem small, but they have a part to play.
{Ed025's Note - thats a fair point mate..
3.) 07 Feb 2016 10:14:22
Obviously agree with this. The only concern is we lose one or two of our quality players, lukaku, stones, barkley, etc. I hope Bobby is good as his word when he says our squad will get stronger every window and we won't be selling our best players.
If this is the case, this squad will be the best we've had for many years and we could/ should be challenging for silverware.
4.) 07 Feb 2016 12:52:39
Spot on Daz. The only 1 I'd keep is Gibson. He's a good squad player when fit. Maybe a sideways role for osman coaching the youngsters if he wants it. Plus we will still retain a lot of experience in jags, baines, Barry, Coleman and the core of the younger ones also have a lot of experience considering their age.1 or 2 marque signings and some squad players to replace what we get shot of and we seriously do have a team capable of winning silverware.
5.) 07 Feb 2016 13:42:01
RM really seems to rate Kone though. Let's see once Naise gets his visa sorted out. That is 3 3-0 wins now with the same side. Let's hope this very recent head rule heart attitude of RM carries on.
6.) 07 Feb 2016 16:33:35
I'd keep Gibson and piennar, maybe keep osman and Hibbert for the dressing room but not for league games.
7.) 07 Feb 2016 16:35:12
Piennar hasn't done anything wrong there's still life left in him I think, doesn't rely on pace and great at the one touch footy, true blue as well.
{Ed025's Note - i like him oli...but he wasn,t a true blue when he left for the bright lights of north london mate..
8.) 07 Feb 2016 18:31:34
True Ed025 thought he was too good for us. Was damn glad to come back.
I can see both sides but at the same time if we are to challenge for Europe we need a decent 20 man squad. Imo it's good to have experience to rotate and use sparingly.
I'd keep Gibson on long term contract and maybe Osman and Pienaar on one year contracts. Maybe the last 2 want to retire and don't want to carry on.
Think Pienaar in particular could do a job.
The rest I wouldn't be sad to see them released. Hibbert and Howard good servants but time has come imo. McGeady less said the better. Kone not playing well at the moment.
{Ed025's Note - if it were me NBTB i would have pienaar on a 1 year rolling contract and ossie and gibbo on a pay as you play deal mate..
9.) 07 Feb 2016 19:31:56
Yep, Ed025 that's better idea alright. Good to have these players available in the event of them being needed.
{Ed025's Note - yes mate and not a burden on the wage bill..
10.) 07 Feb 2016 20:16:15
Meant to mention that as well. Its a win, win. Well in theory anyway.
19 Jan 2016 07:52:47
jeez some of our fans need a good boot to the testys! how is it evertons fault that byram has opted for west ham? ad choose signing for everton over any team - the kids a west hammer as is his family . totally understand why . forget about him and move on. jeez lads pull yer self together.
1.) 19 Jan 2016 08:03:23
spot on Dazza, some people just love having a go at the club for any reason whatsoever, seems to be the same posters too, his loss not ours.
2.) 19 Jan 2016 14:08:11
Agree 100% dazza the jock and Murf1000. Don't know what some people be thinking sometimes. That could be the problem! They don't think because they are too busy giving out.
19 May 2015 11:26:35
so are we in for a big summer? is it possible were going to see major activity - both ins and outs?/
lennon and atsu loand finished
alcaraz and distin garbutt contract up
we then have the ageing
howard - i'd sell now 36
osman - who will stay one more year
hibbert, make a coach
pienaar, sell on or retire
kone - bit part ad sell tbh won't get much
barry- bit part will be about another year a reckon
gibson- when fit he's brilliant, ad keep
do we sell?
mcgeady - bit part- sell him
mirallas- boss on his day- may want europe? wanna keep but if he doesn't wanna be here then sell
i really think this is the biggest summer we've had in a long long time, exciting? boring?
who do we want in? to add to this quality group
robles
stones
coleman
jags
baines
besic
mccarthy
barkley
naismith
lukaku
i also think we will see more of the younger guys - galloway-browning-ledson-long-green-pennington
coyb
1.) 19 May 2015 13:23:50
Gibson when he's fit is good, but sadly he is never fit long enough. Would let him go mate, make room for younger players.
2.) 20 May 2015 10:27:45
Put an almost identical post on last year Dazza. I was ridiculed for being negative by loads of posters on here. My fear is the new players that replace all these will take time to gel and settle in. Any club that changes the nucleus of the squad suffers a drop in form and takes time to come together. I his last year and had assorts of stupid reactions to what I thought was a genuine worry.
3.) 20 May 2015 10:51:22
what would you have us do degsy? give alcaraz and distin new contracts? we have to go through it eventually.
4.) 20 May 2015 17:48:34
Lol degs your somethin else replace all of these who exactly hibbert Alcarez distin only three that need to go three that don't play anyway buy in three or four simples
5.) 21 May 2015 09:01:13
Read his post again at the top. I think you will find he lists a few more than the couple mentioned here. Should have signed more youngsters over the last 24 months.
6.) 21 May 2015 11:55:50
how many youngsters did moyes sign in his last 24 months? kennedy, erm, um, stones, yep that's about it I think, think martinez already has more.
7.) 22 May 2015 18:38:08
Seven youngsters out of ten how many you want lazy comments degs not lazy signings :)
20 Mar 2015 09:29:55
well lads last night was sickening to say the least!! a was lost for words last night staring at the tv. rubber toe really is clueless a knew as soon as a seen alcaraz in the team and barry it was game over, both 30+ one was part of the wigan side that conceded a bucket load and got relegated. I could tear right in lads - none of our senior players this season have been good enough, and were in deep trouble- 9 over 31+ who need replaced - no european football next season- coleman barkley rom mirallas could leave potentially!!
will sack martinez change any of this as much as I want him gone!! what you think ed, worrying times
1.) 20 Mar 2015 11:17:26
cant head the ball so wheres shane duffy gone?
2.) 20 Mar 2015 11:42:59
After last nights disaster the club chairman and board have to act (If not they should go as well).
I agree with dazza that there needs to be a total overhaul of management and players.
OUT- So called Mgt: Martinez and assistants.
OUT Players: Howard (past sell buy date), Alcaraz (Rubbish), Distin (Good servant just past it now), Pienaar (Is he still at the club?), Kone (very poor striker), Barry (OAP), Mirallas (AWOL), Hibbert (great servant and clubman but past it now). Lennon (too expensive), Mc Geady (crap).
That is 10 players of this years squad that we must replace so we must get a good manager in, someone like Kloop who knows the German league and who can pick up good quality players - he done a great job at Dortmund.
Whoever we get it is a massive Job and Martinez is definitely not able for it. We will probably avoid relegation this season but if that pleb is left there any longer he will only bring us down. I hate the sight of him and all the rubbish he talks he is an embarrassment at this stage.
Also a big well done to all the supporters who travelled I hope they all get back home safely - we are all very proud of you. The Board, Mgt and players let you down badly last night and it should not be tolerated any longer.
Roy
3.) 20 Mar 2015 13:17:04
klopp will never leave dortmund for us mate not a chance the situation reminds me off the ferguson leaving utd saga . did moyes leave us because he knew we were a sinking ship?. am maybe being harsh there but unless drastic action is taken were in trouble . drop the below par players now roberto, save our season
joel
browning stones galloway garbutt
besic mcarthy/rotate gibson
mirallas barkley naismith
lukaku
jags, howard coleman baines , have been too comfy for years and this season don't look bothered, drop them! wether there fan favs or true blues etc, the table doesn't lie, that starting 11 will only get stronger season by season
goodbye the lads from moyes era whole new fresh start
pienaar- sell for minimum
distin - release
hibbert release (coaching role )
osman - (coaching role)
alcaraz - release
distin release
barry release
kone - release
promote a few youngsters - long, ledson mcaleny
sign 5 players in summer - 2015/2016 - new look everton
stubbs as manager
dazza the jock's rumour replies
20 May 2016 11:34:01
they can all frig off if they don't wanna play for the best team in the world - Only one way once u leave everton (rooney aside) haha. let's get a new manager first before we talk about ins and outs, no one is leaving or coming in till this happens fact.
13 May 2016 10:57:34
why ed, he's left ajax.
{Ed002's Note - He has taken a sabbatical from Ajax for the final year of his contract. Whilst Everton can talk to him and his representatives as much as they like, you need to remember that if he goes to work for another club then Ajax are due compensation - they didn't sack him.}
09 Feb 2016 14:22:53
for every glazers buy out there's a randy lerner. just being honest we know diddly about these guys or there intentions, no point speculating, let's just see what happens, I do believe bill won't sell to them if he doesn't think there right for everton
nsno is our standard!
{Ed025's Note - im all for that dazza..
07 Feb 2016 11:49:30
ed chang is thai, my mates in thailand at the moment and he says he's not seen a single everton shirt. all man utd and liverpool.
