from the huge dissapointment of losing a goal so late against bourmouth to us getting one I think even later today this is why football is the best sport on this planet.

yes, don't care if it was a fluke I will take it they should av been down to 10 men and we should av had a pen so I could not give a toss how the win came. I thought gerry wqas poor but mirrallas was decent and barry was superb again.

I am not one of those 'at least we are playing nice football but not winning types' I am an Everton supporter plain and simple would rather win 1-0 all day long. What was flukey about it by the way, Cleverley took the header and it went in. Yet again though loads of possession playing the tippy tappy stuff and once in the box don't want to shoot. RM really does need a plan B. Also don't know about anyone else but Baines for me is not a LB but a WB.

I'm hoping this is sarcasm, if not this is the reason we will never win anything, too many small club mentality fans more interested in "true blood" over what actually works. If Kenwright was Russian and did everything he's ever done for Everton the exact same way, supporters wouldn't be split, the large majority wouldn't like him. Same reason Ross seems immune to criticism from some, doesn't matter how good something is unless it stems from supporting Everton as a kid.

Something I agree with you as well bluecorny! I wouldn't write Pienaar off yet. We all want Mirallas playing but at least Pienaar would be a change. He deserves a chance after what he's been through with injury.
He has until the end of the season to prove his worth. As I said he should be given the chance while he's here and then reassessed at the end of the season.

getting away from takeover talk a win against the geordies on sat and a result at home against stoke could put us back in the champs league frame and set us up nicely for the game against spurs were those horrible draws we keep getting would not be a bad result.
{Ed025's Note - its just frustrating corny, we look so good at times and then so abject in some games, i dont think we are a mile away from being a really good side but we have to stop dropping silly points mate..

cud not agree more ed its a case of so near yet so far its only frustrating mate because we all know were we could be but get annoyed at where we are but more frustraitng is ed is that this is the season for at least 2 clubs to really make a charge on the top 4 and the teams that are making that charge r the teams you would not put money on and this team is really capable of doing it but seem intent on blowing the chance. this could be our only chance for a few more years ed to get into the top 4, but if the take over happens then its a different ball game.
