Everton takeover on Wednesday - agenda:
1. Sack Dyche
2. Get DCL and Beto in room - tell them they are not wanted and to find new clubs
3. Patterson, Decoure - bye bye
4. Scouts - look for a striker, right back as a matter of urgency - a striker who scores goals this time
5. Get shot of all loan signings if possible
6. Figure out what is going on with O'Brien and get him playing.
7. Sort out why so few youth are coming through
8. Have a nice Christmas.

Ok here's a punt. Why not try O'Brian and Branthwaite as a centre back pairing?

I'm not so sure that our. central defence is where the new thinking is desperately required. I do think Branthwaite needs to come in and oddly for Tarks who's been off and maybe his relentless appearance record is starting to take its toll? O'Brien is 4th choice and they don't get much chance until an injury. He ain't going to play a 3 he would need a lobotomy first for such radical tactical changes.
