Alright lads, well what can you say about that one. Started really well, got the goal and you're thinking we’ve got this one, Palace don’t look too interested. Then for reasons beyond my knowledge we decided to sit back and try and hit them on the break. Which was a bit baffling as when we started we pressed them from the off and looked really good. Again substitutions were a little baffling, especially bringing Charlie on with only two mins to go.
Any other time I would be happy with an away point but this was a game we had to win, and as usual the support the team got was fantastic.

Even had Palace supporters who themselves like a good sing song saying our support was mental.
As I said though it was a must win game and we blew it. Who’s at fault for that? Well in my mind the whole team. Yes the defending was poor but so was our finishing, and this tactic of sitting back and hitting teams on the break is so frustrating, because we let teams back into the game.
Not looking like a European tour is on the cards now, so will have to wait for the holidays. Oh well, would have been nice. UTFT.

{Ed025's Note - we should have easily won that one AD, weak mentality for me which starts with the manager who when we get a lead prefers us to consolidate rather than go for the jugular and put teams to the sword, if we had any chance of Europe we had to win that but went out with a whimper mate..

Beto really has no idea at all. He makes no runs at all and his first touch is dreadful.

I thought he was dreadful in the first half GB, sorry. Couldn't hold the ball up. Frequently players looking for his runs which didn't happen. Great goal, and closed down well in the second half. For me, nowhere near the player we need as our number 9.

Well, who would have thunk it Rohl is a good footballer. Makes you wonder now about the others who are not getting a look in, don't it?

After I've slept on the result and would never in a million years thought I'd be disappointed with a point, but I am, we sat back gave them too much respect and looked scared in the first half, second half we looked so good, battling for everything, the only thing that really pissed me off is when we went 3-1 up and Tarks and Keane switched off and let them score, I just couldn't believe my eyes, all that hard work thrown away in a blink of an eye, but the boys put in so much and Merlin was so good, all over the place, the speed of the lad, we have a player who could just of played his way in to the team, at the end of the day, I would of snapped ur hand off for a point, but feels like we let 2 points slip threw our fingers.

Three goals conceded in extra time in our last three games. Cost us four points in total, would have put us on 52 points and joint sixth.

What a game! But heartbreak again for us for the 3rd game running with that last minute goal conceded. I’m speechless tonight.

Well there's a couple of changes I didn't expect. Both Tim and Rohl in. Would have liked to have seen KDH alongside Garner and George out wide. But at least we get the chance to finally get a good look at Rohl.

Yes we were poor today, but how can Atwell and VAR say that was not a penalty?
How many decisions has Atwell given against us, especially when he is on VAR?

Didn't manage to watch any of the game today as I was working.

I would like for people to give their thoughts on the performance, whoever is willing.

Can't say I didn't see that coming though. West Ham's bogey team, just typical Everton behaviour.
