I think it's just clickbait nonsense. We all love Pickford of course, and yes he'd be great for Chelsea if he was there. But they have a very good keeper in Dorde Petrovic, only 24 so plenty of time to substantially improve. Robert Sanchez as a fantastic backup option, who is himself only 26. It makes no sense at all to ditch these 2 GKs for a 30 year old.

Don't think imports has anything to do with it. Bellingham and Kane were our most underwhelming players this tournament and they don't play abroad. The whole standard of players worldwide is nowhere near what it used to be. Tactics are what matters most in football these days, and we don't have any - Spain do and so they won.

Looking from the outside (as usual) , I think that Kane, Bellingham and Mainoo should have been subbed at half time. If Kane wasn't captain I doubt he would even be near selection. Ollie Watkins offered so much more when he came on.

Whilst would be good to see the youngsters given a chance we need to accumulate as many points as possible.

Blame the Spanish fella in charge at manc he's changed they way football is played robotic footballers with no idea of there own pass it around the middle till somebody gets fowled not allowed to tackle anymore so it's just possession based good players like gealish aren't allowed to play.
